I am interested in the CAPPs editor for Lightspeed C or Pascal. Has anyone had experience with it? What features does it have (i.e., why should I buy it)/ Thanks for any information. These functions include: RAM-based editing of more than 32K of text - limited only by available memory. Much quicker insertion, cut, and paste than TE - even in large documents. Ability to embed different fonts, styles, or functionality within a document, using an "escape" mechanism. Grep-style pattern-matched searching. An HFS directory search library. Several popular products have been written using Capps Prime routines, including LightspeedC, Lightspeed Pascal, and the new SigmaEdit desk accessory. The package is available for both LightspeedC and Lightspeed Pascal, and comes with sample programs that illustrate the features of the libraries (source is provided for these samples). The package costs $75, and is available from various sources, including mail order houses and retail outlets. --Rich **The opinions stated herein are my own opinions and do not necessarily represent the policies or opinions of my employer (THINK Technologies). * Richard M.
