Does anyone know if Electronic Arts plans to have a Mac II compatible version of DMCS 2.0? The present version (with orginal copy protection or with the copy protection removed) bombs. Better yet, does anyone know of a program similar to DMCS 2.0 which works on a Mac II? Ideally this program should take advantage of the Apple Sound Chip (i.e., use sampled sounds for playback, support either 4-voice stereo, or probably what would be more useful is 8-voices in mono) , and have rudimentary MIDI options like DMCS 2.0 (i.e., MIDI playback, limited amount of note entry via MIDI). Its scoring features should be at least as strong as DMCS 2.0. Finally, it should be marketed for the home market instead of the professional music market to keep the cost reasonable. Oh, of course, it should run under multifinder. Is there a program like that? Or am I just dreaming...
