RR 10.3 does bacgkround downloads using XMODEM or Kermit when running under MultiFinder. Occasionally, however, I will get an error message AFTER the downlad has successfully completed, noting that 'The application has unexpectedly quit (2)'. I've gotten the same error when running StuffIt under MultiFinder, so I suspect the application(s) are unable to get the memory they need. (I'm running on a 1-meg Mac Plus). Will post a follow-up note after getting a memory upgrade. -- Mike Simpson Teknowledge, Inc. RR 10.3 will work with MultiFinder as long it downloads to a CLOSED folder! I know that RR 10.3 usually fails when it tries to download to a folder that has been opened such as leaving it out on the desktop before calling the RR program. I believe Scott Watson is still working on it. GEnie Roundtable (FreeSoft) is the best source of RR 10.x information. If you are a registered user then I suggest that you sign up according to the information that was included when you received your RR 10.x from FreeSoft.
