Some time ago, I got the JClock utility program off of SUMEX-AIM. The documentation with it says that you can run the program to install the INIT (which I did) or to remove it. Now I want to remove it (in order to try MClock) and I realize the documentation does not say HOW to run the program so as to remove the INIT. I have tried a variety of hacks while running the installer (holding down a variety of keys while double-clicking the mouse, etc.) but none get rid of JClock. I have also tried sending mail to the individual who did the orginal posting, but it comes back as undeliverable. So now I turn to you all. How do I remove the %$#& JClock INIT? John

Try deleting the INIT resource with ResEdit. -- Mahboud Zabetian buzz@phoenix.princeton.edu 183 Little Hall (609) 520-1270 Princeton University, Princeton, NJ 08544 (609) 734-7760 ****** Anyone need a soon-to-graduate hardware/software engineer? ********

I just took the init out of my system folder and put it away in another part of my file tree, and voila, it was gone. This was in response to the fact that it did not seem to function properly on mac II.
