I have a question about the Mail Merge on Microsoft Word and would appreciate any help I can get. It seems that when you have a record that does not contain one of the fields you have set up, Word still generates a line feed when inserting the record , at the point where you have left the empty field. '88, Pg 205) Ezra Shapiro goes on for 2 paragraphs about the same problem with Word 3.01. His solution: (after trying Micorsoft Works, FileMaker Plus, Double Helix & Omnis 3 Plus) was to use Reflex Plus. You have to omit the merge characters after the ELSE statements.
