Greetings netland! I and a few friends have all bought Mac II's and we have also bought Sony cpd-1302 monitors. I have noticed no problem with the display after I adjusted the PIN amp on the circut board to relieve the pincushion effect but I have noticed a tendency of the machine to reboot when I try the clear the screen with the machine on. Needless to say I am very careful not to touch the screen while it is on, but I would like to know if I have made a mistake in the cable I made. I would appreciate any other pinouts (pins missed etc.) that would improve the situtation (along with comments why it works). Mac II Sony Multiscan Function 1 1 ground 2 3 Red 5 4 Green/Sync 9 5 Blue I have used RG-174U mini coax to make the three seperate lines for the RGB and the outer braid in the coax to carry the ground signal. I have then put yet another braid about the cables to hold them together and provide more shielding. (I bought a commercial cable that made beautiful patterns on the screen whenever the disk was seeking-I attribute that to poor shielding). Well this does work to those out there who need the connections, but I am always looking to improve things. Thanks for any help in advance.
