We are interested in LaserWrite SC's because of their low price, but one
question we need answered is: How much of the processing gets done on the
Mac and how much is done on the SC? The GCC machine seems to tie up the Mac
quite a bit, but the SC seems to have more resident hp. What is an SC like?
Does it look just like a LaserWriter Plus as far as Mac CPU time required,
but perhaps the print quality is poorer because of the QD? Any info would
be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve Leeke
