We have had a minor little problem with our Laserwriter Plus ever since
we got it. Quite often the LW seems to shift one of its "scan lines"
when it is printing. For example if you take a closeup look at some
letters that have been mangled in this way you would see something like
this:
* *****
* * * *
* * * *
******* * * <- scan line looks like it was shifted
* * * *
* * *****
I have never bothered sending it to the shop because I didn't want to be
without the LW for some undetermined amount of time for a minor glitch.
I was just wondering if anyone has seen this happen in their LW and if
so what did they do to fix it?
