[comp.sys.mac] caveat to PBHCreate users

Although other File Manager calls are a bit less destructive than PBHCreate,
but this problem can happen with other calls as well.  If you fail to set
the ioFVersNum to 0 on PBHOpen, for example, the open will fail.

I think that the HFS does ignore this field, the problem is that a PBHCreate
call will be interpreted as a PBCreate call if the machine doesn't have HFS
or if an MFS volume is involved.
