Hello out there! I have two questions both concerning hard disks... Question #1 for $200: Has anyone had any experience with any of the commercial hard disk protection tools such as MacSafe? I am looking for a utility that will allow me to lock a folder on a hard drive without major encryption algorithm. Question #2 for $50: This hard disk is available to a number of "non-mac" people and I am afraid of it becoming re-initialized. Is there a way, via resedit or some such other tool, to disable (dim) the erase disk option under the special menu?
