I would like to find out if there are any good Prolog systems available for
the Macintosh. The features I am seeking are:
- Edinburgh syntax
- rich environment
- full access to Toolbox
- able to handle very large programs
Information on company name, price, necessary Mac model/memory size/disk
size, and any magazine reviews would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

There is a review of 4 Macintosh Prologs in the April, 1987, issue of Dr. Dobb's Journal: PROLOG/m, AAIS Prolog, MacPROLOG, ExperProlog-II The March, 1987, issue of MacUser reviews five: AAIS Prolog, ExperProlog-II, LPA MacProlog, Personal Prolog, PROLOG/m Applied Logic Systems also offers (or will soon offer?) ALS Prolog on the Mac. Also, there is ZYX Prolog. Addresses for all these vendors are in the LIST-OF-PROLOGs. ______________________________________ Bruce T. Smith bts@cs.unc.edu UNC-Chapel Hill
