[comp.sys.mac] Tempo-II or QuickKeys ?

If anyone has any specific experience with both Tempo-II and QuickKeys,
could they comment on how they compare in terms of functionality (what
can one do that the other cannot) and ease of use?  

If Tempo II is not out yet, when will it be?
