[comp.sys.mac] How do you make an Init Icon appears at Start Up time.

I guess that all my message is in the subject...

I tried using ResEdit to find the resource or whatever make this thing
appends for Moire, AScrapeSaver and other init/cdev, but I cannot figure
out how and why some Init show their Icon at boot time and others don't...

Any hints?
