[comp.sys.mac] Sound Mover/cap files to "snd" resource

Hi, is there any easy way to convert Sound Mover or Sound Cap files to "snd"
resources? I've seen a stack that does the necessary conversion, but I
cannot remember the name. I'll appreciate any names for applications or HC
stacks.
