[comp.sys.mac] Mac II Interlace video INIT

I've taken the little routine which has been floating around for setting a
Mac II video card to interlace mode (some times incorrectly refered to as
NTSC mode), and bundled it into an INIT. I've sent the INIT, along with the
MPW source, to comp.binaries.mac. It is hardwired to a particular NuBus slot
(slot 2 in my case), and includes LSR's ShowInit resource to display the
icon. No frills, but it's handy...
