I would like to know how to save the startupscreen as the background for the finder. I have a system disk which uses the startupscreen as the finder background but that disk was given to me. Is there something I need to change with ResEdit or is there an apllication which does it for you? Thanks in advance, Mike McCann

It does precisely what you want; it can turn either MacPaint file or Startup Screen into background for all applications. I've used it for quite a while, and I like it very much. It consists of an INIT file and a DA to control within the applications. Chang Woo -- Chang P.
