Hi,
I need to set up an Excel spreadsheet to determine viability of small
income properties for myself and (perhaps) a partner. I would
rather not invent the wheel if it already exists. If you already have
something close to this, please reply to this article by Email.
What I'm trying to do is to determine the effects of differently priced
buildings on both the tax and profitability sides. An amortization
sheet is not what I'm looking for (I've found dozens of those...)
