A friend of mine is trying to get his company to buy him a portable computer. If such a thing exists, he wants them to get him a portable mac. If anyone has any information on such a machine, or knows of a place that will do conversions, please send me mail; I will forward responses to him (via surface mail :-( ). Please respond directly to me; I do not read this newsgroup. thanks. - richard ----------- Richard A. Hello world: MacWorld has a nice article about the subject of lap-top Macs in the Feb, 1987 issue. I know that was a year ago but I hope it helps anyway. They talk of the Dynamac: Dynamac Computer Products, INC (303) 233-7626 Lap-Mac and the Flat Mac: Colby Computers (209) 222-4985 MX Plus: Intelitec, Inc (515) 472-2000 It looks like the basic models for all companies is %5 grand. Hope this helps: gray watson cgw@cadre.dsl.pittsburgh P.S. Wasn't that too bad about Debbie Thomas?? She was absolutely smashing and quite incredible in the short program!!!! Best of luck to her!!!
