What is involved in adding a site to Usenet? (1) Are there any non-Unix sites? (2) What about UUCP? (3) Is it just a matter of establishing contact with an already existing site? - Lester -

Wanted: commercial access to the net. I have recently changed jobs,
and my new employer is not on the net. Having enjoyed it, I am loathe to
give it up. Does anyone know of a system which sells time and is on
USENET? Tymnet and Telenet have never heard of USENET (try explaining
just what it is to them, if you want to spend an interesting quarter
hour sometime--the folks I talked to just couldn't grasp the idea of a
network without central control.)
I'm housebroken, don't trash systems or break into other folks code,
so if anyone feels like selling some time, please let me know.
