I am going to have to buy my own printer SOON and am very interested in experiences of others with printers they use either at work, or own personally. Further, I'm curious about the prices being asked. As an example, in the netherlands the Apple suggested prices are: including 20% VAT or sales tax) exclusive tax ImageWriter II fl.2394.00 (US $1280) fl 1995 (US $1067) Imagewriter LQ fl.4794.00 (US $2564) fl 3995 (US $2136) Laserwriter SC fl.7794.00 (US $4168) fl 6995 (US $3741) US dollar prices are rounded to the nearest dollar, gulder/dollar exchange is fl 1.87 per US dollar (rate today). I've used the Imagewriter I the most, and recently I've been able to borrow an Imagewriter II. But before I go out and buy an Imagewriter I'd like to here some 'reviews' from others of their experiences, ESPECIALLY from those who have printers other than Apples including LASER Printers.
