I'm looking for a 20-meg hard drive for my Plus, and have been considering buying from Micah. Their ads look good (if a bit boring); they're priced competitively, have a 2-year warranty, an 800 number, and their own bboard Their drives have impressive features too (low access time, auto park on powerdown, shock mounting.) That's their advertising; I'd like to get the real story too. Has anyone had any dealings with Micah? How are the noise levels of their drives? How does Micah respond to service requests?
