[comp.sys.mac] Memory Checking Programs

Hello,
    Has anyone come accross a program to check memory on a MacII like MaM
Test did on Mac Pluses? If so, could you please tell me where I might get a
hold of that program?

P.S.  Does anyone think that Apple ever trust its users to use a hardware
      diagnostic program, or will we always be forced to use home grown
      hardware diagnostic applications? Even Big Blue alows normal users to
      check on the status of their own hardware.
