I had occassion to call Ashton Tate tech support this after (FullWrite was acting very strange). The technician swore that Ashton Tate sent out a press release today announcing that FullWrite actually began shipping today. He promised that I would received a release version in about a week (I was an advance purchase customer). I thought you all might like to know this, but I'm such a skeptic that I'll believe it when the UPS person actually brings it to my door! They even had a person who was willing to say it and put their name on it (the name was Quinn Wildman. If it doesn't show, you know who to call). I called Ashton-Tate technical support about a problem I was having with the style (bold, underline, etc.) of outline headers. They asked which version I had and I told them the "pre-release version" sent out in January. They said the official release started shipping yesterday (Thursday, April 29) and that I should kindly wait until I got the new release before pursuing the problem. I'll be watching for the UPS truck... :-) Chuck
