[net.wanted] FFT in C wanted.

I'm looking for a set of C routines posted to net.sources this spring
which did fast Fourier transforms.  I've been unsuccessful in recovering
them from CSRI's archive tape so I'm asking machines on the 'ont' distribution
whether they might have it.
