Well, Microsoft's "fulfillment" program (aptly-named!) has struck again! After THREE separate long-distance calls at my expense, I finally got MS Word 3.01 shipped to me a few months ago. Now, alas, I bought an Imagewriter LQ, and we start all over again with the 3.02 upgrade. I called more than a month ago, talked to Costomer Service, and they promised as usual to send the upgrade right out. So what have I got? BUBKIS! Nix! Now I have to start another round of phone calls, again at my expense, to get the upgrade. Grrrrr! Dear Microsoft Customer Service: PLEASE get your act together! It costs us all money and frustration to dance this little waltz, and only AT&T is smiling! Disclaimer: This flame is mine, and mine alone.
