I took a 512KE to 2 meg with the Dove upgrade and it takes a *lot* longer
to start up than it used to.  I've never timed it but it's probably 30 seconds
or so before the disk with the question mark appears (seems like longer,
though).  However, it is still not long enough that I can turn the Mac and
the hard disk (a Jasmine DD-80) at the same time, I have to turn the Jasmine
on first and wait about 10 seconds before I turn on the Mac.
