[comp.sys.mac] Help with posting to comp.sys.mac!

I've posted several message to the net, but I keep getting some
gibberish appearing where my name should be. (the "From:" line).

I've hunted through the man pages for Pnews, rn and inews and
can't get the damned thing to work.  How do you others do it?
