[comp.sys.mac] MacCompress v2.1

lloyd@bean (Lloyd Chambers) (05/22/88)

MacCompress is a macintosh application which compresses/decompressesses files
for use with unix "compress".

This latest version fixes some bugs in earlier versions and adds functionality.

Here at Stanford, I've put maccompress21.hqx on labrea:/pub and on
portia:~lloyd.

I've also sent it to info-mac@sumex-aim for archiving, but my mail always
comes back unsent from there.

Anyone who can get mail to me (lloyd@monk.stanford.edu) can ask me for a copy
and I'll reply with a copy in the mail...

jack@cs.glasgow.ac.uk (Mr Jack Campin) (05/26/88)

I think lloyd owes us an explanation as to why this was not posted to
comp.binaries.mac.

(I couldn't get through by mail as bean.stanford.edu is not a valid NIC
address; *do something about it*).
