[comp.sys.mac] Help! Macintosh Word Temp Files? Can They Be Used To Recover A File?

I've just lost a couple hours editing a document to a hardware failure.
Is there some method to use the Word Temp files that Macintosh Word puts
in the System Folder to recover my editing?
