My brother will be going away to college in Scotland next year (St. Andrew's.) He wants a word processor for graduation. I am trying to convince my parents to get him a Mac instead. Does anyone have any experience with taking Macs made for use in the USA abroad? Is a transformer required? Is it possible altogether? Please e-mail responses. Thanks much.
