Apple sent us an upgrade pamphlet that describes the whole upgrade procedure.
You can probably get one by calling (503) 644-4456.  That's the number Apple
says to call if you have questions.

You're supposed to send in the original (not a photocopy) dated itemized sales
invoice as well as the original AppleShare installer disk and $50 for each
upgrade requested.  (If you bought AppleShare on or after March 1, 1988,
your upgrade is free.)  The pamphlet has an order form on it, and you are
required to use this form (not a photocopy).  The form can be used for 
multiple copies of the upgrade.

LaserShare 1.0 is also being upgraded.  The new version is to be called 
AppleShare Print Server.  The upgrade procedure is the same as described
above and requires the same pamphlet/order form.

They'll ship upgrades after July 1.  Upgrades must be ordered before
September 30.
