[comp.sys.mac] MacinTalk, and non-finder get-info comments

Where can I get MacinTalk that will run on a Mac II? Who makes it?

Recently people mentioned a DA that created its own get-info comments
separate from finder's. Unfortunately, I forgot to write its name down, and
the news system has already deleted the relevant messages. Could some kind
soul tell me its name?
