Mike, Personal Computer Peripherals Corp. (PCPC) sells an upgrade kit which allows you to convert the old Apple HD20 serial hard disk into a SCSI hard disk. The advertised price is $295.00. I don't know anything about the product other than what I am reading from a MacUser ad.
