Over the last few months I have made numerous requests for the binaries
to uupc for the macintosh. I wanted desperately to have my mac be a
real uucp type site. Boy did I want that.
Since I made my initial request, I have sent out over 20 copies of the
source. Not to mention the several copies I tried to send out, but the
mailer would not let me. I have not seen any binaries, and have
pretty much given up. If you or someone you know has gotten this to
work, have them contact me. You can call collect if you want. Wait,
just have them mail me...
I have since attempted to deal with the uucico interface directly, and
am in the process of seeing if I can develop some sort of a macro to
use the appropriate control commands to send and get mai. If you have
already done this, or think you know how, please mail me....no need to
duplicate efforts.
Argh.
