The problem is that the Installer probably installs Times and Helvetica in your System file if they aren't there. Apparently these are fonts that Apple wants you to have around. This causes problems with Suitcase, because you can't have different sizes of the same font in different files. So, assuming you have other sizes of Times or Helvetica in your font file(s), removing any and all Times and Helvetica fonts from your System file. That should solve your problem.
