I know this has been done to death on the net before, but APPLE UK are totally useless at times. Although I have told them about the message on Applelink explaining about the shimmering Mac II color monitor problem, they seem unable to find it. This is despite complaining several months ago. If there is anyone out there who can give me a definitive APPLE field engineering number or whatever its called for this problem, I would be really grateful if you would pass it on to me, so I can get my monitor sorted out.
