TO ALL USERS OF APPLE PRODUCTS: I would like to hear about any bugs and/or errors you have found in Apple hardware, software, or documentation. Apple Computer has developed an application called "Outside Bug Reporter" which will allow users to report bugs to Apple's Bug Report Center in a format which is easily read into our database. From there the problem can be investigated by Software Quality Assurance. If you would like to receive a copy of Outside Bug Reporter and it's documentation in order to submit bugs to Apple, please send me your AppleLink or Snail Mail (U.S. Mail) address and I'll send or link you a copy pronto! Note that if you are a Certified Apple Developer, you should contact Developer Technical Support for Outside Bug Reporter and further instructions (if you have not already done so). Thanks very much.
