I recently picked up HD Runner 1.4 from sumex, but I haven't had any luck
getting it running under Multifinder. It comes with an INIT called HD Prep
which makes a copy of the desktop file for HD Runner's use, but while it
manages to create this file, it has a size of zero, and therefore supplies
HD Runner with no information. The same thing happens if I run the application
HD Prep directly under Finder. Also, contrary to the documentation, the INIT
does not display itself on startup. Any ideas what's going on?
(I am running System Release 5.0 on a Mac II with a CMS Pro 80 II disk, and I
had this problem even with a stripped-down system with no other INITs.)
