[comp.sys.mac] Fkey Manager and PopKeys

I have enjoyed the use of Fkey Manager and PopKeys with older systems
up through System 4.1/Finder 5.5.  Beyond that, neither utility works.
Font/DA Juggler and Suitcase do not replace the functionality of PopKeys
in particular.

Is there a more recent version than 2.5 which works with System 4.2/Finder 6.0
or later?
