A week or so ago some one asked what to do to keep the paper from jamming on an ImageWriter II. I said I would get the number of the upgrade for the older IW II's that had this problem. The Apple number is #0760250. I finally got the bill for the repairs. The breakdown was $43.00 for parts and 1.5 hours of labour. Apparantly a great deal of the machine needs to be taken apart. These were the first printers upgraded so the time may have been longer than could be expected. Hope this helps.
