Recently, I have run into a few problems on my mac...maybe one of you people out there can help out: 1) When I initially start up, it is taking about 1 to 1.5 seconds before my trash icon appears, AFTER the hardisk icon has appeared. I can't do anythin until it does appear....I've got lots O cdevs, like SoundMaster, Vaccine, and some other stuff....it just started doing this recently, so I doubt that the probs lie in that area... 2) MacWrite 5.0 does not seem to automatically open up 4.5, 4.6 or plain text files. 4.6 used to do this just fine....how can I get 5.0 to do this?
