[comp.sys.mac] SUPERMAC UPGRADES

First, let me thank Fabian Ramirez (SuperMAC) for his reply to my previous 
message regarding my inability to talk with someone from SuperMAC. He put me in
touch with a person at Quattro, an independent organization distributing
SuperMAC upgrades. Kelly at Quattro was most pleasant and immediately sent
me the upgrades which I received Wednesday, 24 August. On Thusday, I received
a call from Karen at Quattro who was checking to make sure everything was O.K.

My one remaining problem is that the "HELP" file with "DiskFit" was unreadable.
However, Karen said that she would get a replacement out as soon as possible.

Apparently, SuperMAC transferred all responsibility for distributing the 
upgraded software to Quattro. I still don't understand why I did not receive 
replies to my phone calls to SuperMAC, but then I understand they are going 
through a corporate transition of some sort. I am going to hate to see my long
distance phone bill this month!!!

Richard,

Didn't you received the messages from Deborah Bress, who's attempted to call
you on several occasions and the E-Mail message from Mark Belinski, General
Manager of SuperMac Software?
