Hello, all! Is anyone else out there using NCSA Telnet (version 2.2) with emacs successfully? I am running a Mac II, 5Mb, System tools 5.0 (waiting patiently for 6.01), multifinder, and am communicating thru apple's Ethertalk board to a VAX 8650 running UNIX (TM). When editing documents in emacs, the screen display gets messed up. going forward over charracters shifts each character to the right (so the first character of the line appears twice, and the character the cursor is over isn't visible). When doing a screen update, the current line is drawn 'somewhere else'. Is it just me? or is this a more widespread problem? Is there a work-around? Thanks in advance!
