I noticed the following problem on a MAC SE (1 Mb) using an Imagewrite II. I prepared a document in outline mode, and then printed it (after returning to normal document mode). Page preview shows the top line of outline, but printing starts from the second line of the outline. The top line of the second page was also omitted. Any help would be appreciated.
