A friend of mine is looking for a graphics system with the following specs.

Requirements:
1) capability for combining line drawings such as
cutaways, etc., and text into a single display.
2) good word processing capability
3) ability to input line drawings relatively easily,
with a device such as a graphics tablet
4) ability to print the combined text and graphics on
a laser printer
5) ability to input text via an optical scanner
6) capability to support several workstations
(could share printer)
7) price under $60,000
