Anyone who claims MSDOS is as easy to use as the MACs is crazy. We had CP/M and MSDOS computers around our department for years before getting MACs. While many used them, there were several professors who needed and wanted to use computers who never could get the hang of using the command lines or found them so frustrating they continued to use alternatives. With Macs, these are now quite pleased and one has even been doing his own statistical analysis using EXCEL macros. In the undergraduate computing lab here, I also notice lines to use the Macs while the AT&T clones just sit idle. This is one reason why Apple has a back-log of orders and is able to raise prices while IBM is cutting prices.
