Does anyone out there use Cricket Draw? If so, could you explain this: If you draw an object (or group several objects together to form one large object) and it doesn't fit on a page, that's just fine. Cricket Draw has no complaints about that. But when you try to print it, you get an error message (we are using the AppleShare Print Server) that says something like 'offending command' followed by the Postscript command that the LaserWriter complained about. The Print Server flushes your file, and everything goes on like normal. EXCEPT when you are running under MultiFinder. Apparently Cricket Draw does a sublaunch to print a file. When an error occurs while printing, MultiFinder returns a message saying that the application 'Cricket Draw' terminated unexpectedly. However, by scanning through the applications that are still running, there is one sitting there: the 'Send Postscript' application is still out there. Why? I was under the impression that Apple did not recommend doing sublaunches, since they could change at a later date. Why not just include the code to send PS code to the printer in the main application? I don't understand. If anyone can explain this to me, I would be happy to listen.
