Does anyone know if there are screen font families available for the Mac somewhere? I'm particularly interested in the standard laserprinter fonts like Times, Helvetica, etc. I find the generated italic version of times extremely poor and would love to have a complete font family that defines plain as well as italic, and even bold would be nice. Aldus told me they do not have such font sets. Who else could I ask? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. -- Peter Steele, Microcomputer Applications Analyst Acadia University, Wolfville, NS, Canada B0P1X0 (902)542-2201x121 UUCP: {uunet|watmath|utai|garfield}!dalcs!aucs!Peter BITNET: Peter@Acadia Internet: Peter%Acadia.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU

You can either download them from CompuServe, from the Letraset Roundtable on GENie, or get them from Adobe directly. I *strongly* recommend them -- the bitmaps that come with the Apple printers are really rather poor, and you won't believe the difference. Then get SuitCase II, use Font Harmony to turn them into NFNT's, turn on the Font menu modification, and you'll wonder how you EVER lived without the stuff.
