Could someone help me out? Recently we ordered a Shiva NetSerial to share our coveted 19200 baud connecting during the day, and our 9600 bps modem at night. (Yes, I changed from baud to bps to avoid being stoned.) The soft- ware that came with it needs the Async AppleTalk DA. Can this be done freely, since the manual says that the software was developed at Dartmouth (read: public domain)? Or do I have to go through the trouble of calling customer service at Shiva? If possible, I would appreciate someone sending me a copy of this software. Generally, this is a nice product, but we were not pleased by all of the references in the manual that call for this Async AppleTalk DA. I think that they should shorten our mailing address. I need two labels.
