I have recently purchased Lightspeed C (and incidentally am extremely pleased with it). The default font for C programs and such is Monaco 9 - which is nice and clear, and monospaced; a good choice, overall. There is, however, one problem - either with the Monaco 9 shipped with my system file - or with something else in the system - the copyright symbol "(c)" is "broken" - that is it is incomplete; only the rightmost 2/3 of the circle-c shows - both on the screen and in printout. ResEdit is giving me conniptions, also. The FONT resource for Monaco 9 shows a good circle-c, and displays it in one place correctly, but shows it "clipped" in another ! What is going on here? Anybody got a clue for me? e-mail please - I'll summarize for the net. Thanks, -- These opinions are solely mine and in no way reflect those of my employer. John M.
